I created a un-encumbered building plot via a title split.  Developed a 3 Bedroom detached property costing £130K to finance and build.  New property held in portfolio. Current value is £550K and generates gross income of £1,500 PCM.

Buy to Let x6

Buy to Let – By refurbish and refinance.  I currently have 4 Buy to Let properties in my portfolio.

Most recent buy to let project was bought for £39K, £20K refurbishment and revalued at £80K.  Property is held in portfolio and gross income is £7,200 p.a.

HMO (House of Multiple Occupancy)  x3

Over the past 18 months have developed HMO 3 x HMOs in Leighton Buzzard Bedfordshire and Corby Northamptonshire providing gross income of £110K p.a.

Commercial Retail Unit in Brecon, Wales.  Value £245K, annual rental income £21,500

The George Apart-Hotel in Brecon, Wales.  In development, GDV £800K annual income £100K
